摘    要:根据阳离子显色剂与阴离子表面活性剂缔合反应原理,建立了以吸光度值降低方式测定水中阴离子表面活性剂的方法.实验筛选了阴离子表面活性剂、沉淀剂兼指示剂的种类和用量,探讨了酸度、温度、静置时间、试剂加入顺序和共存离子对实验结果的影响,并以标准加入法和直接测定法准确测定了实际水样中阴离子表面活性剂的含量.该法具有实验步骤简单、操作简便和不用萃取剂等优点.

Abstract:A spectrophotometric method to determine the anionic surfactant(AS) was established.In experiments,the kinds and amounts of indicators(and precipitator) to indicate(and deposit) anionic surfactant were selected carefully.The influences of acidity,temperature,standing time,as well as agent adding sequence were discussed in detail.Furthermore,the AS presenting in the actual water samples were accurately determined by both of direct method and standard addition method.Comparing with traditional method,this AS determining way exhibits characteristics of easy operation with simple steps,and without using any extracting.
