| Abstract: | Herein we report the first total synthesis of catenioblin B (1) via a titanium(IV) mediated regioselective epoxide ring-opening, Grignard reaction, Luche’s reduction and TEMPO/BAIB mediated intramolecular cyclization as the key steps. |
