Abstract: | Adenosine 3′,5′-cyclic monophosphorodithioate (cAMPS2), which has two exocyclic sulfurs directly attached to phosphorus, was synthesized from adenosine phosphoramidite by intramolecular cyclization employing the phosphotriester method as a key step. |
