石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定牡蛎中铅浓度的不确定度评定

摘    要:据国际"测量不确定度表示导则ISD:1993E"的要求,对石墨炉测定牡蛎中铅浓度的结果进行了不确定度评定.结果表明,牡蛎中铅的含量为(0.480±0.008)mg/kg.标准溶液的配制,校准曲线拟合线性方程和重复测定是测量不确定度的主要来源,其中标准溶液的配制产生的不确定度影响最大.

Abstract:The uncertainty of the determination of the content of lead in oysters by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was evaluated according to "guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement(ISO:1993 E)".The content of lead in oysters was 0.480±0.008mg/kg.The preparation of standard solutions,the fitted linear regression equation for the standard curve and the repeated measurements were the main sources of uncertainty,and preparation of standard solutions had the most effect on the uncertainty.
