摘    要:将全自动顶空固相微萃取装置与气相色谱联用,建立了快速测定人血中五氯酚的新方法.实验优化了人血中五氯酚测定的顶空浓缩和固相微萃取各项技术参数,然后使用毛细管气相色谱法分离,电子捕获检测器定量测定.方法的线性范围为0.05-100μg/L,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.02μg/L;加标回收率为86.7%-92.8...

Abstract:A new method for rapid determination of pentachlorophenol in human blood by gas chromatography with automatic headspace-solid phase microextraction(SPME) was developed.Pentachlorophenol in human blood was extracted with SPME technology,separated by HP-5 chromatographic column and determined by electron capture detector(ECD) under optimized conditions.The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.05—100μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and the detection limit for pentachlorophenol was 0.02μg/L.The recovery was 86.7%—92.8% and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 3.6%—6.7%.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive without solvent pollution and as a ideal method for determination of pentachlorophenol in organismic samples.
