科普弹幕设置方式对信息提取效率的影响

摘    要:基于眼动跟踪技术和问卷调查的研究结果表明,科普弹幕的位置和播放方式显著影响观看者的弹幕信息提取效率,而弹幕显示顺序对观看者的弹幕信息提取效率则无显著影响。相对于在视频画面上端出现的弹幕,下端弹幕可吸引更多的注视时长和注视次数,弹幕信息提取效率高;相对于静止不动的弹幕,滚动弹幕能吸引更多的注视时长,弹幕信息提取效率较高。建议科普类弹幕尽量设置在视频画面的下端,并采用滚动方式加以呈现,以提高观看者弹幕信息提取效率。

Abstract:A study based on eye tracking technology and questionnaire survey shows that the location and projecting mode of bullet screen (real time comments)has significant impact on the efficiency of the relevant information extraction,while the display order has little effect if any.Compared with the bullet screen that appears at the top of the video screen,the comments at the bottom attracts more fixation duration and number of fixations with higher efficiency of information extraction.Compared with the static mode,the flying bullet screen attracts more fixation duration and produces higher efficiency in extracting information.It is suggested that when giving knowledgeable explanations,the bullet screen be presented in a flying manner across the bottom of the video screen wherever appropriate so as to improve the viewers bullet screen information extraction efficiency.
