| 摘 要： | 探讨家兔注射兔瘟疫苗后对细菌内毒素发热灵敏度的影响因素，实验结果表明：家兔注射兔疫苗后对细菌内毒素发热灵敏度未见明显影响。但家兔注射免疫瘟疫苗后有一升温过程，可持续５天，无合格证的家兔，对细菌内毒素发热的灵敏度个体差异很大，可影响药品热原检测结果的准确性。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the study was to expore the influencing factors on the sensitivity of vaccinated rabbit to bacterial endotoxins as drug pyrogen. The resuts showed that the rabbits vaccination did not increase the rabbit temperature after giving bacterial endotoxin, but the deviation of the change of temperature in rabbits from countryside was greater than that of the experimental one. |
