| Abstract: | The present paper explains that the first task in the reservoir country in Hubei province is to construct an ecological constitution on the theory and practice,and points out some feasible jobs on the principle of the combining ecological benefit with economic benefit.Also,it is suggestted that, in order to strengthen the economic living force,the construction of reservoir country in Hubei province should depend on the police, science and technology. |
