Abstract: | The complexing of Np(V) with Cl−, F−, NO3−, NO2−, SO4−2, SCN− and IO3− has been studied by the solvent extraction method using Dinonylnaphthalene sulphonic acid (DNNS) as the extractant. An attempt is made to establish existence of the complexes by solvent extraction and spectrophotometric studies. |
