| 摘 要： | 针对焦炉集气管在现场安装过程中,易出现集气管弯曲变形、联接短管法兰面倾斜,导致安装质量差、返修多的状况。通过预留合理的焊接收缩量、控制焊接能量、安排好顺序等和防焊接变形措施以及合理的焊接方法控制、过程监控,使焦炉集气管制造质量达到设计要求。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the condition that the gas collecting pipe of coke furnace easily arised tube crooked deformation and flange surface slope of connecting short tub which caused bad installation quality and frequent repair in its field installation process,by leaving reasonable welding shrinkage in advance,controling welding energy,arranging the order,taking measures of preventing welding deformation,and monitoring and controling the reasonable welding method process, the design requirement of coke furnace,gas collecting pipe of coke furnace in manufacturing quality can be achieved. |
