| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and demonstrates the dynamic state of the muddy beach in Beilun area based on hydrologic, sedimentologic and geomorpholog-ical data. The authors hold that the state of beach of Beilun area is close to a dynamic equilibrium state, and that the natural conditions in this area are suitable for a good deep-water port. However, the beach deformation caused by artificial effects should not be ignored. |
