摘    要:为了探索光强均匀性对光电池组件整体光电转换效率的影响,采用波长为808 nm、输出光强可调的半导体激光束照射两片单结砷化镓电池,实验测量光电池在串联、并联组合方式下不同光功率密度激光照射时的输出特性,结果表明,当照射到两光电池上的激光功率密度相同时,两种连接方式下组件的光电转换效率基本相同,都在46%左右;当照射到两光电池上的激光功率密度不同时,串联方式下组件的光电转换效率低于并联时的效率.该结果可由光电池的等效电路理论得到解释.因此,在光强分布复杂的情况下,对光电池的组合方式进行合理选择,可以有效地保证光伏组件整体的光电转换效率.

Research on the Output Characteristics of Photovoltaic Cells for Different Connections under Non-uniform Laser Irradiation
Abstract:In order to explore the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells for different connections under non-uniform laser irradiation, 808 nm semiconductor laser beam with adjustable output light intensity was used to irradiate two single-junction GaAs cells. The output characteristics of the cells in series and parallel combination were measured experimentally. The results show that when the laser power density on the cells is equal, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of two kinds of connection components is the same basically, it is about 46%. When the laser power density on the cells is not equal, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of series components is lower than that of the parallel. The results can be explained by the equivalent circuit theory of a photovoltaic cell. Therefore, when the laser irradiation on the cells is complex, the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules depends on the connection of photovoltaic cells.
