Eine spektrochemische Mikrobestimmung des Bleis in biologischem Material

Zusammenfassung Blei läßt sich in biologischem Material auch mit einem mittleren Spektrographen bestimmen, wenn es in der Asche angereichert wird. Der größte Teil der Begleitstoffe wird aus der Asche mit einem Reagens extrahiert, das Blei und andere Schwermetalle ungelöst zurückläßt. Die angereicherte Asche wird zusammen mit einer Haftlösung auf Aluminiumelektroden eingetrocknet. 2 ml Blut genügen für eine Doppelbestimmung bei einem Bleigehalt von 20g in 100 ml.

Summary If lead in biological material is accumulated in the ash, it may be determined by means of even an intermediate spectrograph. The greater part of accompanying substances is extracted from the ash with a reagent which leaves the lead and other heavy metals behind undissolved. The enriched ash together with a bonding solution is dried on aluminium electrodes. A duplicate determination can be carried out with 2 ml blood if the lead content is of the order of 20g per 100 ml.

Résumé En chimie biologique on peut doser le plomb à l'aide d'un spectrographe «médium» après enrichissement des cendres. La majeure partie des autres éléments est éliminée par un réactif qui laisse le plomb et les autres métaux lourds. Les cendres enrichies sont séchées sur électrodes d'aluminium en même temps qu'une solution complexante. 2 ml de sang suffisent pour un double dosage à une concentration de 20g dans 100 ml.
