| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了水泥厂的萝茨风机变频调整改造的节能预测和在实际中的应用，在采用工频拖动的运行工况中，由于风压过大，采用挡板调节对运行造成了生产操怍的复杂与能源的浪费，所以产生了对应用变频器进行节能运行改造的实际需求；并对变频器投入运行后，对运行工况的改善，能量节约的状况进行测量与总汇.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces energy saving anticipation of cement luo ci wind fan speed adjusting revamp and its application. In the practical running conditions with working frequency drives, adjusting with baffle results the complex of the operation and the resouces waste because of the big wind pressure thus produces the requirement of energy saving revamp with inverter. The improvement of running condition and energy saving effect is measured and concluded. |
