| 摘 要： | 介绍了Windows环境下在Delphi语言中利用TComm控件实现上下位机的串行通信编程，并给出了应用范例，此方法简单可靠，使用灵活，便于移植，且实用性较强，可供一般程序员在编写串行通信程序时参考。
