染料废水的电解脱色和处理研究

摘    要:采用电解法对含硫化黑染料废水的脱色和去除效果进行了研究。结果表明,在pH=7,电解电压(V)和电流(I)分别为24V和0.19A,加入电解质条件下,浓度为146mg/L的硫化黑水样4hCODcr去除率为87.69%。选择最佳条件对其化工染料厂废水进行处理染料废水时存在的问题。

Abstract:The removals of sulfur black dye wastewater were studied by electrolysis reactor.Several factors affecting the removal rates of sulfur black dye and color removal,such as electrolysis volt,dye initial concentration,pH values,retention times and the NaCl addition were analyzed respectively.The results showed that the CODcr removal rate was about 87.69% in 4 h and in condition of pH=7,electrolysis volt=24V,electrolysisI=0.19 A,and the NaCl addition separately. Based on the above electrolysis conditions,the dye wastewater from the dye factory was disposed of,and the removal rate should reach 81.73%.Moreover,the problem in the disposal of dye wastewater by means of electrolysis and the development trend were also discussed.
