反相悬浮法合成超分子量聚丙烯酰胺的研究

摘    要:采用环己烷和非离子型表面活性剂EA(自制)组成的体系,合成了超高分子量(M_w≥1200×10~4)的粉状,速溶型聚丙烯酰胺,研究了影响分子量的各种因素,如温度、引发剂用量、单体浓度、乳化剂用量、油/水比,测定了分子量。

Abstract:Cyclohexane and nonionic emusifier EA. have been chosen for preparation of PAA with ultra—high molecular weight. Powdery and reapidly dissolved PAA with w≥12×10~6 has been prepared. Factors influencing w and conversion, such as temperature, the concentration of initiator, monomer, emulsifier and the ratio of Vw/Vo have been investigated.
