摘    要:本文介绍磁场在水热体系合成粉体以及在固相陶瓷块体织构研究中的应用.水热体系中,磁场引导合成的粉体主要有:Co,Ni等金属粉体,还有Fe3O4,BaFe12O19等铁氧体粉体.固相织构的陶瓷块体有:铁电压电材料,铁氧体磁性材料(包括尖晶石型,石榴石型和磁铅晶石型),还有其他功能陶瓷如α-Al2O3.由于磁场的引导,这些材料都有沿易磁化晶体方向择优生长的特性,并表现出各自优异的性能.

APPLICATION OF MAGNETIC FIELD IN HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS POWDER AND SOLID PHASE CERAMICS

Abstract:According to the references,this paper introduces the applications of magnetic field in synthetic powder via hydrothermal system and a solid phase ceramic bulk texture.In the hydrothermal system,the synthetic powders guided by magnetic field mainly include Co,Ni, and other metal powders,as well as the ferrite powders such as Fe3O4,BaFe12O19,and etc. Solid phase textures of ceramic bulk are voltage electric iron materials,magnetic ferrite materials(including spinel,garnet,and magnetoplumbite).In addition,there are other functional ceramics such asα-Al2O3.Due to the guide of magnetic field,these materials have the characteristics of preferential growth along the easy magnetization direction of crystal,and show their excellent performance.
