| 摘 要： | 视频检测作为智能交通中一种主要的检测手段在交通流检测、车辆违章跟踪等领域得到了广泛的研究和发展。文中提出了一种城市道路交通灯智能控制模型，该模型利用视频图像处理技术，获取十字路口各方向的车流量参数、违章车辆信息等，在此基础上实现了交通灯的智能控制以及对违章车辆的视频跟踪，最后给出了实际交通视频图像处理的实验结果。
