| 摘 要： | 用匀浆提取，９０％硫酸铵沉淀和ＣＭ－纤维素、ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｂｅｘＡ－５０、ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００柱层析的方法从猪心肌中分离纯化了细胞质苹果酸脱氨酶。酶制品达到了ＩＦＣＣ规定的标准。
