新疆经济发展差异来源探讨

区域经济差异是区域经济学研究的核心内容之一.文章采用定量分析方法,从经济发展水平差异的角度对新疆差异的主要来源进行探讨.将新疆总体经济差异分解为地州间差异和地州内部差异,并对90年代以来差异的动态变化进行了分析与评价,得出了一些基本结论:(1)新疆经济差异主要来源于地州间的差异,地州内部差异处于次要地位;(2)区域经济差异的存在过大,会对经济、社会、政治、民族等各方面产生诸多消极影响,必须给予高度重视;(3)缩小新疆的经济差异要从县城经济入手,以点带面,实现新疆以及新疆与东、中部地区的差异.

A Study on the Main Resource of Regional Economic Gap in Xinjiang

The regional economic gap is one of the core contents of the regional economy. This paper will discuss the main resource of the economic gap from the economic development level. The paper dispose the economic gap, analysis the variety from the 1990, s, and draw conclusions as followed:(1)The main resource is from the fifteen districts, the gap of the inner districts is secondary;(2)the gap will has the positive influence on the economy, society, polity and folk if it is overwhelmed;(3)developing the econo- my of the county is the respect of shortening the economy inner gap of the Xinjiang and the external gap with the Eastern and Middle regions.
