中国不同地区蜂胶的抑菌性研究

摘    要:蜂胶具有显著的抑菌性,常被做成药品或保健品.为了解中国蜂胶的抑菌性,本实验以采自中国23个省的29种蜂胶(根据采集地气候区域分为5类)为研究对象,分别提取获得蜂胶醇提物(EEP),并测定了EEP对枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产气杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、毛霉、青霉、曲霉、根霉的抑菌圈大小和最小抑菌浓度,比较不同气候区域蜂胶的抑菌性差异.结果表明,EEP对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和真菌均有明显的抑菌性,平均抑菌圈直径分别为:9.88mm±1.47 mm、8.75 mm±1.56 mm和10.01 mm±0.65 mm,EEP对真菌的抑菌性最强,其次为革兰氏阳性菌,最弱为革兰氏阴性菌;9个菌种中,EEP对变形杆菌的抑菌性最差,对根霉的抑菌性最好;不同气候区域蜂胶的EEP抑菌性没有显著差异.
