Raman Spectroscopic Stumes on Fano resonance of Super Attie
Abstract:Abstract When a decrete electronic state lies within a continuum electronic state,a Quantum interference, knowll as Fano resonance, wmoccur, and the shape of spectrum peak will change to asymmetry.The energy bands of super-lattice material are artificial controllable, so that we can adjust the continuum energy band to overlap the decrete vibratiOnal state, hence the Fano resonance will occur. ln this paper, we first report the Raman spectroscopic studies on Fano resonance of GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice and observe asymmetric shape of the Raman peak. The experimental results agree with theoritical study.
