| 摘 要： | 针对我国信用状况严重恶化的现状，分析了建立健全我国社会信用体系的必要性。在探讨新制度经济学有关理论的基础上，提出了以道德为支撑、产权为基础、法律为保障，建立我国的社会信用制度的一些建议。

| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation that the credit status of our country is worsening seriously, this paper analyzes on the necessity of establishing and perfecting the social credit system in China, and based on probing into the theories relative to the new system economics, this paper puts forward some suggestions of establishing our country's social credit system supported by the ethics, based on the property right, and guaranteed by the law. |
