| 摘 要： | The title compound was prepared from the mixture of cobalt ( Ⅱ ) acetate, chromium trioxide and pyridine in an aqueous solution, and its structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. A number of alcohols, benzyl halides and benzy-lamines can be oxidized by this oxidant to the corresponding aldehydes in high yields.
