| Abstract: | We describe a speckle shearing interferometer using a Savart polariscope. The purpose of this interferometer is to obtain the derivative of the out-of-plane displacement suffered by a scattering surface when put under stress. This information is useful to know the bending moments. The setup is compact, very stable, and does not require any stringent adjustment. |
