摘    要:通过钯催化三键聚合反应,合成了主链含2,1,3-苯并噻唑的聚合物.目标化合物在普通有机溶剂,如二氯甲烷﹑氯仿﹑四氢呋喃中有较好的溶解性,目标化合物的最大吸收波长分别在424 nm和510 nm左右,光敏响应630 nm左右,其估算能隙E_g为1.96 eV,具有作为有机太阳电池材料的应用前景.

Abstract:Copolymer with 2,1,3-benzothiadizole structure in main chain had been successfully synthesized through palladium-catalyzed triple-bond cross-coupling polycondensation method. The copolymer exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents such as CHCl_3, CH_2Cl_2 and THF. The polymer showed absorption spectra with maximum peak at 424 nm and 510 nm in solution and the spectral response were extended up to 630 nm. The band gap of the copolymer was estimated to be 1.96 Ev,which suggested its potential applications for organic solar cells.
