蒸汽爆破对玉米秸秆理化特性的影响

摘    要: 在木质纤维素研究领域,对其理化特性进行深入研究有利于资源化开发利用。基于热解实验、傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析方法,针对玉米秸秆蒸汽爆破后理化特性的变化进行了研究。结果表明:玉米秸秆蒸汽爆破后热解区域比对照具有更宽的温度范围,最大热分解速率显著提高,反应活化能降低16.25%;木质纤维素特征官能团所对应的特征峰吸收强度差异显著;细胞壁的层次结构破碎化,纤维素结晶度降低14.57%。在此基础上构建了蒸汽爆破过程机理模型。实验结果表明:蒸汽爆破对木质纤维素类材料理化特性的改变有显著影响。

Abstract:In the research fields of lignocellulosic materials,the physical-chemical properties are an important foundation for the resource conversion.Employing thermal gravimetric analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy methods,physical-chemical properties changes of steam exploded corn stalk were studied.The results of analysis showed that pyrolysis region of steam exploded corn stalk had a wider temperature range compared with the control substance,during which the maximum self-heating rate increased significantly and activation energies(E) decreased by 16.25%.The characteristic peak absorption intensity was significantly different.The hierarchical structure of the cell wall was completely destroyed,and crystallinity of lignocellulose decreased by 14.57%.Based on this analysis,a mechanism model of steam explosion pretreatment was constructed.The results indicate that physical-chemical properties of corn stalk are significantly affected by steam explosion pretreatment.
