番茄翻秧机分秧器的设计

摘    要:为了使番茄翻秧机分秧器能够适应新疆番茄品种及种植模式的需要,本文根据新疆番茄种植品种和种植模式,分析了番茄分秧机分秧器的结构。通过分秧器结构、工作原理分析了分秧器在工作过程中番茄秧的运动情况,以及分秧器的前倾角和分开角对分秧器分秧能力的影响,确定了前倾角和分开角的大小,达到适应性较好的要求,提高了分秧器分秧的能力。
