极低反射率光控高温超导开关的研究

摘    要:提出了一种能够实现极低反射率的光控高温超导开关的新结构-微带直线结构,并提出实现此结构的新方法-辐照均匀法。理论分析、仿真数据和可行性验证实验都表明,光控高温超导开关采用辐照均匀法和微带直线结构,可以有效地扩大超导开关光辐照通断点的受辐射面积;因光束光强分布更加均匀,使通断控制性能更高;微带直线结构使得特性阻抗变化完全消失,具有极低的反射率;利用光学元件能够有效控制激光光束直径的特点,使微带线宽指标设计更加灵活,光控超导开关的适应面更广。

Abstract:The new method-radiant intensity uniformity and new structure-microstrip beeline structure were proposed to realize the superconducting switch with low reflectivity.Theoretical analysis and simulated data as well as experiment validating feasibility show that the radiated area of laser controlled superconducting switch can be effectively enlarged using the new structure and method.High controlled capability of the superconducting switch can be obtained because of the more homogeneous laser power density.The ultra low reflectivity of the superconducting switch can be obtained because the change of impedance is replaced by the microstrip beeline structure.Using the characteristic that the diameter of laser beam can be effectively controlled by optical components,the design of microstrip line's width can be more flexible and the application of laser controlled superconductor switch can be more extensive.
