摘    要:研究了液相色谱测定糙米中烯虫酯残留量的方法。试样用丙酮提取,经活性炭,中性氧化铝层析柱一步净化,用液相色谱测定。线性范围0.2-10.0mg/L,检出限为0.05mg/L,当添加浓度0.5-10.0mg/kg时,回收率为84.2%-100.7%之间。用于糙米中烯虫酯残留量检验,结果满意。

Abstract:A new high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of residue of methoprene in rice has been developed. Pulverized rice (20 g) was extracted with l00 mL acetone by shaking 30 min, the filtrate was evaporated to dryness and dissolved in 20 mL hexane. A 5 mL portions was added into an actived carbon and neutral alumina column, and then eluted with 40 mL acetone/ hexane (3:7). The eluate was evaporate to dryness and the residue was dissolved in methanol for high performance liquid chromatographic determination. Linearity was observed for 0. 5- 10. 0 mg/L of methoprene. The detection limit was 0.05 mg/L. Recovery was 84 .2% - l00.7%.
