摘    要:建立了一种同时测定电合成产物中苯甲醛和苯甲酸含量的紫外分光光度法.采用5%的乙醇溶液作为参比,在同一样品溶液中分别于250nm和225nm处测定苯甲醛和苯甲酸的含量.由于二者吸收值的相互影响,本文采用标准混合溶液法,模拟实际样品组成,以建立线性方程组的方法消除了被测组份间的相互干扰.本法简便、快速,应用于多个电合成产品中苯甲醛和苯甲酸含量的测定,均获得比较满意的结果,其加标回收率分别在91.9%-106.5%和95.8%-99.2%之间,相对标准偏差分别小于0.15%和0.92%.

Abstract:The simultaneous determination of benzaldehyde and benzoic acid in electrosynthetic products by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established.5% alcohol solution was chosen as blanks.Benzaldehyde and benzoic acid were determined at 250nm and 225nm in the sample solution.Due to the mutual effect between the two components,standard mixture solution method was employed to simulate the composition of the actual sample,then linear equation groups were set up to eliminate the mutual interference of the determined components.The method is simple and rapid,and it has been applied to the determination of benzaldehyde and benzoic acid in electrosynthetic samples with satisfactory results.The recovery was between 91.9% to 106.5% and 95.8% to 99.2% respectively,and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.15% and 0.92%,respectively.
