| 摘 要： | 文章对ODS替代技术的两种主要发展趋势之一的碳氢清洗技术的优点及使用中存在的问题作了全面介绍，并对使用碳氢清洗技术替代传统清洗溶剂的可行性提出了四种设备改造的方案，通过具体数据分析指出碳氢溶剂是可以充分实现再生循环利用的。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a full presentation about the advantages and the problems in use ofhydrocarbon cleaning process- one of the two main trends in development of ODS alternativetechnology. The paper also suggests 4 proposals for equipment retrofitting in the utilization feasi-bility of hydrocarbon cleaning process to replace conventional process. The analysis on specificdata indicates the complete possibility of recycling hydrocarbon solvent. |
