| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于DSP解决的远程视频监控系统，阐述了系统的硬件结构体系，重点介绍了监控系统的软件设计和实现。该系统可通过内部企业网、互联网，普通电话网等实时传送现场图像和声音以及各种监控数据，具有视频压缩，解码，网络传输、图像储存，图像素引回收、摄像机远程控制以及图像移动侦测报警等功能。

| Abstract: | This article introduces one type of remote monitoring system based on DSP,The article emphasizes the design and realization of the system software,meanwhile,summarizes the hardware structure,which can realize real-time transmis-sion of images,voice and such surveillance data through Intranet,Internet,PSTN and etc.It also covers the following func-tions:video coding/decoding,network transmission,video storage and playback,vidicon remote control,alarm by motion de-tection and so on. |
