国产三心凹底气瓶疲劳性能研究

摘    要:本文提供了25只国产中碳锰合金钢三心凹底气瓶疲劳试验的基本结论,试验表 明:三心凹底气瓶如果设计或制造不当,瓶根是疲劳失效的薄弱环节;讨论了压力容 器疲劳设计方法;根据气瓶疲劳试验实测数据,获得了瓶底疲劳失效的试验“最佳” 曲线。并以此为基础,取应力安全系数为1.6.寿命安全系数为8,首次提出了中碳 锰合金钢三心凹底气瓶底型设计的疲劳设计曲线,供气瓶设计使用.

Abstract:The result of the cyclic test on 25 gas cylinders of medium carbon manganese steel is presented in this paper. The tests show that the transition of the knucle and the cylindrical shell is the vulnerable spot in improper design or manufac- ture. In reference to the data of fatigue tests,a regressive curve of fatigue failure tests is obtained,and on the basis of this curve,with the safety factor 1.6 in stress and safety factor 8 in cyclic life,an optimum fatigue design curve for the cylinder base design is presented, which lies between the curves of ASME code and B. S. 5500 and is available for design use.
