Isolation,purification, and characterization of ferritin from human liver

Ferritin from human liver has been isolated and purified by thermal denaturation and salt precipitation in combination with the methods of ion-exchange and gel permeation chromatography. The partial physicochemical characterization of this protein has been performed.
