基于LABVIEW的静电电位动态测试系统

摘    要:基于LABVIEW的虚拟仪器技术设计了静电电位动态测试系统,并将其用于实际静电工程项目.模拟危险品作业工况,实时记录模拟作业过程中静电电位的变化,进行静电隐患的分析.进行单因素试验得到了不同相对湿度、摩擦次数、分离速度下的静电电位曲线.并利用非线性回归分析方法和Origin软件对实验数据进行了分析,得出了各因素与静电电位之间的回归模型及其Matlab拟合曲线.结果表明,摩擦起电的静电电位与环境相对湿度呈负相关,在一定数值范围内与摩擦次数和分离速度呈正相关.

Abstract:The electrostatic potential dynamic detection system was designed based on LABVIEW virtual instrument technology and applied to an actual electrostatic project for the analysis of electrostatic hazards by simulating working condition of dangerous cargo and real-time monitoring of the electrostatic potential. The monopolar factor tests were carried out and measuring results for variable relative humidity, friction times and separation speed are plotted in curves. The experiment data was analyzed with the non-linear regression analysis method and the Origin software and the regression model and Matlab simulant curves between the above factors and electrostatic potential were obtained. An analysis of the test results reveals a negative correlation between electrostatic potential and relative humidity and a positive correlation between electrostatic potential and friction times and separation speed.
