摘    要:从半固态成形技术的背景、半固态金属浆料的制备、半固态金属的成形工艺等方面论述了半固态金属成形技术的发展及研究现状,并叙述了我国及发达国家半固态金属成形技术的应用现状。介绍了半固态金属浆料的制备方法(如机械搅拌法、电磁搅拌法、应变诱发熔体激活法、粉末冶金法等)、半固态金属的成形工艺方法(如半固态塑性加工:半固态锻造、半固态挤压和半固态轧制等;半固态压铸:流变铸造和触变铸造),并概述了各种成形工艺方法的基本原理及所加工产品的范围。

Abstract:From the technical background of semisolid metal forming technology,preparing technology of semisolid metal slime and forming technique for semisolid metal,the development and research status quo and the application for semisolid metal forming technology in domestic and developed countries are discussed in this paper.At the same time,the preparation methods of semisolid metal slime,such as mechanical stirring,electromagnetic stirring,strain induced melt activation and powder metallurgy,are also introduced.The forming technology of semisolid metal includes semisolid plastic working,as semisolid forging,semisolid squeezing and semisolid rolling;semisolid die-casting,as rheocasting and thixocasting.The fundamentals for every kind of forming technology and product limit are discussed.
