基于光纤环形腔衰落的压力传感器研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于光纤环形腔的压力传感器系统.利用两个耦合器和一段单模光纤组成光纤环形腔,用光纤Bragg光栅作为传感元件,将测量的压力转化为光波在环形腔传输所对应的的衰落时间.当所施加的压力改变时,可得到压力与衰落时间成正比例关系,与理论推导一致.基于这种原理的压力测量系统具有结构简单,测量方便的优点.

Abstract:A pressure sensor system is presented based on fiber loop which consists of two couplers and a single mode fiber and the measured pressure was converted into the ringdown time of light traveling in the fiber loop by the sensor element of FBG. When the pressure was changed, the pressure was directly proportional to the ringdown time which is the same with the theory. This kind of system of measuring press based on the theory has the advantages of simple composition and convenient measure and it provides a novel method of fiber gratting demodulation technology and has practical value.Apart from measuring press ,it can measure temperature and other parameters.
