FeO的制备及其室温下稳定性研究

摘    要:采用草酸亚铁在高纯Ar气条件下加热分解制备FeO,借助于XRD图谱探讨保护气氛对FeO制备的影响以及FeO在常温下存放的稳定性。结果表明,Ar气保护流量低于400mL/min时,产物相除FeO相外,还分别含有Fe3O4、Fe相,甚至有Fe2O3相杂质;较佳的Ar气保护流量为400mL/min,此时制备的FeO纯度高,其他杂质较少。新制备的FeO样品在干燥、潮湿和室内自然环境中保存,90d内未发生明显相的变化。

Abstract:The proper flow rate of Ar protective atmosphere for preparation of FeO by heating ferrous oxalate dihydrate in the absence of air was determined by employing X-ray diffraction (XRD). The stability of the new FeO sample at room temperature was studied. The results show that besides FeO phase, the product phases also contain some impurities such as Fe3O4phase, Fe phase and even Fe2O3phase when the flow rate of Ar gas is below 400mL/min. The good flow rate of Ar gas is 400mL/min and FeO product with very little impurity can be prepared. The new FeO sample stored at room temperature in different environments such as dry, damp and indoor air displays no obvious change in phase within 90days when observed with XRD.
