ZnSⅩⅣMn水溶胶的合成

摘    要:在不同条件下合成了ZnSⅩⅣMn水溶胶,ZnSⅩⅣMn微粒的尺寸与溶液pH、S2-浓度等有关.pH>7时所得样品因氧化致使其颜色随pH的增加而由白色向棕色变化.Mn2+离子的特征发射强度亦受合成条件影响.掺杂浓度为4%时,可获得最大的发射强度.样品在酸性及碱性范围内均有最强发射峰,碱性条件下的最大发射强度约为酸性下的两倍.此外,过量的S2-可引起Mn2+发射的猝灭.

Abstract:Manganese doped zinc sulfide aqueous colloids were synthesized.The size of the particles is seriously affected by the pH of the solution,the concentration of S2-,etc.Suspension and its color change (from white to brown) can be observed when the pH>7,furthermore,the color will be deeper with the increasing of pH.The characteristic emission band of Mn2+ can be observed and its intensity is affected by the synthesis conditions.The maximum luminescence intensity reached at CMn2+/CZn2+=0.04.The acidity of solution also has effect on the luminescence intensity,and the maximum luminescence intensity were located at pH=4.0 and pH=10.0.After aging the samples for 100 hours,the intensity of the sample prepared at pH=10.0 is twice of that of pH=4.0.Excess S2- will quench the emission.
