Abstract: | Summary 1. An active lipase enzyme has been isolated from the culture liquid of the fungusRhizopus microsporus, UZLT-1, by precipitation with isopropanol, gel filtration on Sephadexes G-75 and G-150, and chromatography on CM-cellulose.
