摘    要:本文研究了黄体酮中微量元素铬的火焰原子吸收分光光度法的测定,方法简便、快速,省时,具有良好的精密度和准确度。平均相对标准偏差为3.02%,平均回收率为98.8%。

Abstract:This paper report the development of the deter mi nation of trace metal Cr in medical material progesterone by flame atomic absorp tion spectrophotometry.After the organic compounds are eliminated by HNO 3-H 2O 4 to decomposite completely,the sample is determina ted by FAAS.The met hod is convenient and the results show good precision and accuracy.The relative standard deviation was 3.0% and the rate of recovery was 98.8%.
