CeO2含量对Ni-Mn-K/Al2O3多元体水煤气变换催化剂催化性能的影响

摘    要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用二步漫渍法,制备一系列不同CeO2含量的Ni-Mn-K/Al2O3多元体水煤气变换催化剂。采用BET,XRD,TPD和TPR等方法,考察了CeO2含量对催化剂催化性能和结构的影响。结果表明:CeO2的掺杂能显著提高催化剂的水煤气变换活性,其中以掺杂7.5%CeO2提高活性最为显著。CeO2的加入使催化剂的还原温度有所提高,使催化剂捕获H2O分子并使其解离成O和-OH的能力增强,提高了CO的吸附量。此外,CeO2的加入使催化剂的活性中心和活性中心数变化不明显,催化剂的比表面积和孔的分布微小变化并不是改变催化剂活性的主要因素。

Abstract:Ni-Mn-K/Al2O3 muhiple-metal catalysts with different CeO2 content for water-gas shift reaction were prepared by impregnated, and the influence of CeO2 content on catalytic structure and properties was investigated by using BET, XRD, TPR and TPD. The results indicate that it improves the activity of catalysts for the water-gas shift reaction, and the above catalysts with 7.5 % CeO2 show the highest activity. The addition of CeO2 decreases the reduction temperature, enhances the adsorption and activation of H2O and improved the adsorption content of CO. Besides, active sites are not changed and the numbers of active sites on catalysts have not increased obviously, and the slight change of BET specific surface and pore distribution of the catalysts may not be the main factors for improvement of catalysts.
