摘    要:讨论了氢化物原子荧光法测定发酵辣椒制品中的铅,结果表明,样品经干灰化,用盐酸(1+1)直接溶解后,在15g·L-1硼氢化钾(KBH4)还原剂介质和5g·L-1氢氧化钾溶液中,样品溶液酸度为0.24mol·L-1时,荧光值最大。铅浓度在5—30g·L-1范围内与荧光值呈线性,相关系数为r=0.9991,RSD小于10%,回收率为90%—102%。该法具有简便、准确、可靠、干扰少的优点。

Abstract:The lead in fermentation hot pepper product was determined by HG-AFS method.15g·L-1 KBH4 containing 5g·L-1 KOH solution was used as reductant to generate lead hydride.The best concentration of HCl in sample solution was 0.24mol·L-1.The fluorescence intensity (If) and lead concentration has good linear relationship in the range of 5—30μg·L-1(r=0.9991).RSD obtained is less than 10%.Recoveries are in the range of 90%—102%.The method has good accuracy,precision and less disturbance.
