企业环境战略选择机制研究

随着企业对环境影响的加重,企业面临严重的环境问题和挑战,全球不断增强的环境关注对企业约束也越来越大,环境问题已成为企业考虑的首要因素.如何获得利益与保持环境可持续性成为企业面临的一个新的难题.传统理念下,企业将环境管制和环境投资作为一种成本,并没有认识到通过环境保护构建竞争优势,因而很难采取自愿性环境战略,只有迫于政府管制或其他利益相关者的压力下才采取环保措施.根据企业对环境反应方式以及企业环境支撑资源的不同,环境战略选择包括抵抗型、反应型、积极型、主动型、生态型,从“末端治理”、“生产过程控制”过渡到“源头防治”以及现在的可持续发展已成为企业改善环境的重要策略.企业应采取主动地、一致的环境行为和战略,寻求提高环境绩效和环境保护的适应性途径,达到企业可持续发展与环境相和谐,从而构建竞争性环境战略优势.
