| Abstract: | Bovine thymosin is a bioactive polypeptide extracted from bovine thymus. High-performance liquid chromatographic separation of bovine thymosin has been reported-Reversed-phase chromatography , weak cation-exchange chromatography and strong anion-exchange chromatography have been compared in the separation. Good separation with reversed-phase chromatography and weak cation-exchange chromatography was obtained ,and it was unsatisfactorily separated with strong anion-exchange chromatography. |
