摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于面阵CCD传感技术的带倒角柱形特殊工件密度测量系统。传统的接触式测量方法效率低、人为误差大。对此,提出采用基于计算机视觉技术的非接触式测量。在介绍测量原理的基础上,详细介绍了测量软件的图像处理部分,其功能包括图像灰度化、图像分割、轮廓提取、特征点坐标计算等。采用该技术能一次测量芯块的多个参数,实现了芯块密度及几何尺寸的快速准确测量,具有非接触、分辨率高和自动化程度高等优点,是密度测量的一项有效技术。

Abstract:This paper introduces a system of high precision CCD automatic density measurement for a special material workpiece.The traditional method has the low efficient and high discrepancy,and this system adapts non-contact measurement based on computer vision technology.Image processing includes image segment,contour curve,character spot coordinate calculate was introduced.This technique is a valid method for density measurement which can acquire several parameters of the workpiece at one-time.This measurement syetem is effective which has such advantages as high precision,automation,high efficiency and non-contact.
