二氧化碳/环氧丙烷/萘酐三元共聚合与表征

摘    要:利用稀土三元催化剂,通过二氧化碳(CO2)、环氧丙烷(PO)与萘酐(NA)的共聚反应,得到一种三元共聚物(PPCA).对PPCA的结构进行了FIR,1H-NMR及13C-NMR表征,表明NA被开环嵌入PO—CO2中.对PPCA的分子质量、热性能、力学性能进行了测试.结果表明,在一定范围内,随着NA单元的增加,PPCA的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)升高,材料的拉伸强度增强,同样分子质量的聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)和PPCA比较,PPCA的玻璃化转变温度比PPC高,拉伸强度也比PPC有明显增强.不同的聚合反应时间对PPCA的分子质量、玻璃化转变温度材料的拉伸性能也有明显的影响.

Abstract:A new polycarbonate(PPCA) was successfully synthesized with terpolymerization of carbon dioxide,propylene oxide(PO) and 1,8-naphthalic anhydride(NA),and the copolymer was characterized by means of FTIR,1H─NMR and 13C─NMR.The results showed that the ring of NA was opened and inserted into the chain of PO-CO2.The effects of reaction time and ratio of PO∶NA(g∶g) on molecular weight(Mn),glass transition temperature(Tg) and tensile modulus of copolymer were tested.The data indicated that,in a certain range,with the increase of NA,the PPCA glass transition temperature and tensile modulus increased,and PPCA's molecular weight,glass transition temperature and tensile modulus varied with different reaction time.
