摘    要:将多部件系统预防维修的备件需求分为两种:随机失效部件的更换需求和预防维修时隐患部件的更换需求,在等周期预防维修下,应用概率理论,建立了指数寿命型部件的备件需求模型;在此基础上,以系统役龄内备件的订货、仓储总成本为优化目标,订货次数为优化变量,给出存在备件初始库存时的两种订货策略和策略模型的Visual Fortran仿真优化算法;最后结合算例,求得经济订货次数和策略以及相应的订货、仓储总成本,为多部件系统预防维修的备件订货提供一定参考。

Abstract:Multi-unit system’s spare parts demand for preventive maintenance was divided into two portions: one for random failure and the other for units with fault, and using probability theory, the equivalent cycle preventive maintenance demand model of exponential life-type units’ spare parts was established; On this basis, Taking the total cost of order and storage in service age as the optimized goal and ordering time as the optimization variable, two kinds of ordering policies of spare parts with initial inventory and their Visual Fortran simulation optimization algorithm were given; Finally, a case was given to calculate the economical order quantity, ordering policy and its total cost of order and storage, which provides a reference for multi-unit system’s spare parts order for preventive maintenance.
